Welcome to the Vintage Nouveau Emporium, your source for unique, one-of-a-kind designs created by me, Lottie Guhle. I am the owner and designer here at Vintage Nouveau Emporium.
I've lived in Sherwood Park, Alberta since 2017. This is where my home-based business is located - kinda makes sense right? I've been refinishing furniture for the past 25 plus years, along with renovating and building houses. I was a precocious child 😉 I've worked at many jobs over the years, including working as an office manager and book keeper. All of these roles and skills have led to this venture. in 2020, I started Vintage Nouveau - website, branding, and custom refinishing as a way to work from home and focus my creativity.
Given the way our world has become overrun with disposable plastics and throw-away furniture, I feel that I can give back a bit by converting something destined for the garbage bin into a usable, fun, piece that will last for many more years.

I recently added direct-ship designs (such as t-shirts and coffee mugs) to my store, which are only available to purchase through my Etsy shop. For the other shop items you can pick up purchases in Sherwood Park or have them shipped directly – these options are available at checkout. Digital design downloads are available instantly.
